
Droopy, sagging eyelids is a common condition that can be treated with many different options. These options include surgery, dermal injections, and nerve damage. Surgery
Droopy Eyelid Surgery can be a solution if you are tired looking in the mirror and seeing bags underneath your eyes. Droopy eyes can affect both men and ladies. Blepharoplasty improves the function of the eyelids and reduces swelling. You may also experience a better vision and increased tear production. You will be able see clearly and feel more confident, but your droopy lids could return.

Dermal filler
A common cosmetic procedure to correct droopy eyelids is dermal filler. This treatment uses a 30-gauge needle which punctures skin on the lower part of the eyelid. The needle is advanced in a suborbicularis-plane, along an inferior orbital rim. Multiple passes are made to deliver filler, feathering it to a uniform thickness. After filling in the creases with the filler, massage gently.
Nerve damage
Ptosis (or droopy lids) can affect one or both eyelids. Ptosis can occur due to a variety medical conditions like underlying neurological disorders and trauma. There are two types of ptosis, acquired and congenital. It doesn’t matter what cause it is, it can be annoying to live with and can even make you look embarrassed for others.
Weakened muscles
There are a number of different causes for droopy eyelids. There are several causes of droopy eyelids, including age-related muscle weakness, trauma, or congenital weakness. Sometimes the muscles are affected due to a disease like mitochondrial myopathy and myotonic disorder. Other cases, the tendon that holds the levator muscle stretches, which may lead to ptosis. This condition can also occur in children after trauma or eyelid surgery.

Loose skin
Dermatochalasis is a condition that leaves skin on the eyelids of a large part of the population. It usually affects older adults (usually middle-aged) but can also develop at any time. This condition is commonly called "baggy eye". Droopy eyelids look unattractive and can cause more serious complications.
